Organizational Excellence

A book for a student of Industrial Engineering and practitioners as well as factory workers. Gaspers Vincent is a graduate of ITB (Institut Teknologi Bandung; Indonesia) which has lots to write about the system of production, organization and quality management. In the book "Organizational Excellence", he tried to reveal the ROOT CAUSE of the failure of the organization's management system has been implemented by several companies (such as ISO 9001, Six-Sigma and Lean manufacturing). He stated that the primary cause is a systems approach that is still random, partial, and not yet integrated, in terms of implementing a performance management system. Indicators and parameters to be applied between one division and other divisions are not synchronized in accordance with the vision and corporate strategy at the macro level.
Master Improvement Story is one of the solutions offered by him The approach by tracking the historical aspect and technical implementation in the field to always crossceck so that appropriate management systems implementation company's needs.
